Embroidery pricing is based on the stitch count and the type of garment, not just the size of the design.
What affects cost:
🧵 Stitch Count – More detail = more stitches = more time on the machine
👕 Garment Type – Hats, thick jackets, and specialty items take more setup
🎨 Thread Colors – Most designs include multiple colors at no extra charge
🔁 Quantity Ordered – The more you order, the lower your cost per piece
🧩 Logo Setup (Digitizing) – One-time conversion of your logo into a stitch file
